Wine Description
A rich, ripe parcel of estate grown Shiraz from old vine, dry grown vineyards delivers old school Shiraz in the glass.
Crafted from select parcels of premium Clare Valley Shiraz, this wine is a rich and generous blend showing dark forest berry fruits, ripe black plum and persistent tannins. Maturation of 18+ months in oak contributes softness and has allowed the wine to develop; further cellaring of 6-8 years is suggested.
