Wine Description
This elegant non-vintage Sparkling Brut from South Australia is a refined blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, offering a crisp and vibrant expression of classic sparkling character. The nose is fresh and lively, with aromas of citrus blossom, green apple, and hints of white peach, supported by subtle notes of brioche and toasted almond.
On the palate, it’s clean and finely balanced, with the bright acidity of Chardonnay bringing freshness, while the Pinot Noir adds depth, red apple notes, and a delicate creaminess. The mousse is fine and persistent, leading to a dry, refreshing finish with lingering hints of lemon zest and stone fruit.
