By popular demand, here is a mixed dozen case of our favourite Shiraz.
Since tastings stopped at the warehouse due to the virus a common conversation happens very regularly, and starts with “what do you recommend?”
This dozen contains 3 bottles of 4 types of Shiraz, these are the wines I buy for my family on a regular basis and represent brilliant value.
These prices are wholesale direct to public the retail bottleshop value of this dozen is $225.00.
Rouge Homme Coonawarra Shiraz 2017
Pronounced aromatics of strawberries, black berries & black currant, lifted by subtle vanilla bean, cinnamon and pink pepper musk.
John Luke Shiraz Victorian 2015
Hailing from the Strathbogie area with big aromas of black fruit, spice and crushed black pepper. The palate fills with cassis black fruit and spice supported by a tight tannin structure that finishes clean and bright. A great food wine.
Alessia Grace McLaren Vale Shiraz 2017
This shiraz has a long, soft and juicy palate and lush mouth feel, bursting with blackberry, blueberry jam and liquorice, a true Australian Shiraz experience. This is exactly the same wine as the Hidden Ridge Shiraz.
Willow Ridge Heathcote Shiraz 2017
A generous Shiraz showing rich berry fruits with spice, fine grained soft tannin and a subtle use of oak. This wine demonstrates why Heathcote produces some of the finest Shiraz in Australia.
