Amadio Ruby Rosé 2019 Dozen

From the Adelaide Hills, the Ruby Rosé is the only Merlot dominant Rose in Australia and is modelled on the Bordeaux (French) version, which is predominantly made from the Merlot grape. Having spent a greater time with skin contact, it has extracted a greater depth of flavour and a darker ruby colour. Lifted aromas of strawberry and cranberry are evident that follow through with a textural and rounded middle palate.
