This is a mixed dozen comprising of 6 bottles red 4 bottles white and 2 Shiraz Rosé.
Cape Vine Margaret River Cabernet – Intense aromas of blackcurrants, plums and black cherries with a toasted chocolate eucalyptus background. Violets add freshness to the rich complexity and the palate is full of rich dark fruits filling your mouth with flavour.
Cape Vine Margaret River Shiraz – An easy drinking shiraz showing aromas of blackcurrants, ripe plums, chocolate, white pepper, bay leaf and other Eastern spices. The clever use of French and American oak compliments the fruit aroma by providing some smoky overtones and cedar nuances. The palate is full of ripe fruit yet still exists as an elegant style of wine.
Cape Vine Manjimup Merlot – This rich Merlot has a lifted bouquet of plums, violets and a splash of earthiness. On the palate, berry and spice persist through to a smooth silkiness that balances the fine tannins and delivers a long, savoury finish.
Cape Vine Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc– The alluring charm of Sauvignon Blanc from Margaret River is in part due to the cool climate of the region, its intense passionfruit characters and fresh cut grass. A refreshing style of wine made for enjoyment with friends.
Cape Vine Manjimup Chardonnay – Intense aromas of white peach, orange blossom and sautéed lemon, a typical new world chardonnay is both richly flavoured yet light and refreshing. The palate has a wonderful mix of fresh fruit characters with clean acidity that drives the flavour and makes the wine finish dry.
Cape Vine Margaret River Shiraz Rosé – This finely crafted Shiraz Rosé displays fresh aromas of cranberries and strawberries, with notes of white pepper, watermelon, wild strawberries and cherry across the palate. Fresh light acidity with a clean lingering finish.
