A very stong red wine and thick Shiraz.
Fermented on skins for two weeks and aged in French Oak for 15 months prior to bottling. This limited release wine shows a deep black centre with a dark plummy fruit and a touch of chocolate on the nose. The palate is richly structured with fine tannins, showing distinct flavours of black fruits, dark plums, liquorice and dark chocolate. Cellar potential 10-12 years.
