Crimson red in colour an aroma of rainforest, dark cherry and savoury spice with complimented oak characters. Flavours of ripe cherry and plum with nuances of strawberries and cream. Finishes soft and intriguing with well-structured tannin.

Sangiovese is still today the most planted red grape variety in Italy. It is thought that the variety was first cultivated in Tuscany during Roman times with Tuscans still being the number one producers of the variety. Sangiovese is known to produce medium bodied red wines of great texture though they are generally somewhat light in colour compared to that of mainstream red varieties.

  • More Information
  • The passion for a good drop and great food brought us together. Making wine that compliments the food we love is our business. We live in Australia but our origins are Italian. It is from there, we learnt the ancient art of wine making and the secrets that have been passed down from generation to generation. Highly innovative techniques, combined with a deep respect for tradition have given life to our unique range of wine. Our first Vintage, we shared with friends, it was kind of personal. From one friend sharing a bottle with another our Winery has grown. Today we have friends sharing our wines all over the world and we are loving it.
